"My driver was very prompt but he relied on me to produce the paperwork which I did but had not been prepared for so finding my paperwork delayed us slightly. I also thought I had been going to pay by card but that was not possible. I tried to phone Phoenix on the number provided but no-one answered.
There were 4 of us and our car was fine for that, it was comfortable and very clean but I am not sure it was a 6 seater executive vehicle.If I had wanted to get another person in at the last moment I would not have been able to do so..
It would have been helpful if we had received an email confirming the day before and a reminder that i was to be a cash payment"
